During SOSIG, a Competition Phone will be available from Thursday, 3 September to Sunday, 6 September.
The Competition Phone is staffed during the same hours as the Competition Office.
The purpose of the Competition Phone is to provide quick assistance in urgent situations that arise during the Games and require immediate contact with the organizing team.
You should call if:
- An athlete becomes ill or is injured.
- A problem occurs that affects participation in a competition or activity.
- A delegation or athlete is unable to reach their competition venue.
- A safety-related incident occurs.
- You need immediate assistance from the SOSIG organization.
The Competition Phone is not intended for general questions or practical information.
Information about competition schedules, transportation, accommodation, meals, venues, and activities is available on the SOSIG website.
There you will find answers to most questions that may arise before and during the Games. You are also welcome to visit the Competition Office.
By using the Competition Phone only for urgent situations, you help us ensure that those who need immediate assistance receive support as quickly as possible.
